Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and securely placed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
